We collect only what you send us: the details in contact, press and career forms, and the email address you give when subscribing to our newsletter.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess applications, coordinate press requests and — where you asked for it — send occasional studio updates.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in our secure backend and are accessible only to authorised AJ Films staff. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Retention
Enquiries and applications are kept while they remain relevant to an active or upcoming production, and are removed on request.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent by writing to hello@ajfilms.com.
